Where can I park?
- Both the resident and guest parking garages are conveniently located on the side of the building along Warner Street.
- On move-in day, the resident parking garage will be open to all residents, families, and guests to assist with the move-in process.
- Beginning September 9th, all vehicles parked in the resident garage must display a valid parking decal. Vehicles without a decal will be subject to towing.
- Guest Parking: Guest passes are required for the guest garage and can be obtained from the Leasing Office.
- Resident Parking: After move-in, residents may secure access to the resident garage for $95 per month.
Where can I park my U-Haul?
Due to size constraints, we are unable to accommodate individual move-in trucks, as they do not fit in our parking garages. However, Campus Carriers, the official moving service provided through SCAD, are permitted and authorized to access the property for move-in assistance.
Are the units furnished?
All units at The Hue come fully furnished for your convenience.
Bedroom Furniture:
- Full XL bed frame with mattress & Nightstand
- Two Stacked Dressers
- Desk & Chair
- Bathrooms do not include rugs, mats, or shower curtains—please plan to bring your own.
Living Room:
- Sofa(s)
- Coffee table & side table
- Bar stools
- TV stand and flat-screen TV
Kitchen Appliances:
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Stove/oven
- Ample storage cabinets
To Be Completed Before Move-In:
- First months rent
- All documents signed
- Updated contact information
- Enrollment in PetScreening (even if you do not have a pet)
